Note: "Early-Career Doctors" means doctors still in a recognised training post: medical students, house officers, medical officers and registrars. Consultants, specialists, subspecialty fellows and doctors in independent or private practice do not qualify. The Organising Committee may ask for proof of training status and has the final say on eligibility.

Registration
Register through the official portal using the Register Now button, or scan the QR code in the prospectus booklet.
Payment
Pay the full fee when you register. Your place is confirmed only once payment is received.

Abstract Presenter Registration Refund
- If your abstract is accepted, you can claim back your registration fee.
- Malaysian delegates get the full fee back.
- International delegates pay the full fee upfront. After acceptance the fee becomes USD 100 and the difference is refunded.
- Each accepted abstract covers one registered delegate only.
- Refunds are paid in cash at the venue when the conference ends.
- The registered delegate must collect the refund in person.
- No refunds are paid once the conference is over.
- We will send full refund details nearer the date.
- If your abstract is accepted, you can claim back your registration fee.
Eligibility for Refund
Abstract refunds are for self-funded delegates only. If a sponsor, employer, institution or other organisation paid your fee, it will not be refunded.
Registration Category Verification
The Organising Committee may check that you qualify for the category you chose, such as Early-Career Doctor, Student or Member rates, and may ask for supporting documents.
Name Badge Policy
Wear your official name badge at all times. You need it to enter conference sessions and the exhibition area.
Substitution Policy
You may pass your registration to a colleague from the same organisation. Send the request in writing before the conference starts.
Cancellation Policy
Fees cannot be refunded once payment is complete.
Programme Changes
The Organising Committee may change the programme, speakers or schedule if needed.
Right of Acceptance
The Organising Committee may accept or decline any registration at its discretion and does not have to give a reason.
